4. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and complete information about vacancies, working conditions, remuneration and legal requirements;
- Treat candidates, employees and workers fairly and lawfully;
- Conduct any required interviews, checks, onboarding and workplace assessments; and
- Pay agreed fees and provide information needed to administer the requested services.
5. Candidate and User Responsibilities
Users submitting information through our site or service agree that the information provided is accurate, current and not misleading. You must not:
- Submit another person’s information without appropriate authority;
- Misrepresent qualifications, experience, identity or employment history;
- Use our site for unlawful, fraudulent or discriminatory activities; or

6. Payroll and Employment Matters
